The Hyundai flagship, the V12 4V222TIL, features a staggering 1200HP from a very compact package. Utilising 4 valves per cylinder, the 4V222TI offers an added 200HP over its 2 valve variant the V222TI. Currently operating in numerous vessels throughout Australia and proving to be reliable, fuel efficient and powerful, this engine is an exceptional choice for any large horsepower requirements you may have for your vessel. The range of Hyundai V Engines (V8, V10 and V12) use a common engine block which allows for ease transitioning between the MAN and MTU (V8, V10 and V12 respectively) which offers dramatically lower costs of installation if a repower is being conducted.
Fuel consumption on these engines is exceptional and reliability is proving to be a great as many of these engines are now well into their working lives on vessels.
