THT Capped Price Truck Servicing – Terms & Conditions

 

1. Eligibility

   • Applicable to trucks with a Gross Vehicle Mass (GVM) of 8,000kg or under.
   • Eligible vehicle examples include (but not limited to):
     1. Hino 300 Series
     2. Isuzu N Series (NPT, NNR, NPR, NQR variants)
     3. Fuso Canter
     4. Iveco Daily
     5. Hyundai Mighty
     6. Or Similar

Final eligibility is determined by THT upon inspection and confirmation of vehicle specifications.

THT reserves the right to decline vehicles that fall outside the intended scope of this program.

 

2. Vehicle Configuration & Application

The capped price is based on standard light to medium-duty truck configurations operating under normal trade conditions.

Vehicles fitted with specialised bodies or equipment – including but not limited to trays, tow truck apparatus, hydraulic systems, PTO-driven equipment or other auxiliary systems – will require additional labour, parts, fluids and inspection time.

Where additional servicing requirements apply due to vehicle configuration or application, additional charges will be quoted prior to commencement of work.

 

3. Capped Price

   • The capped price is $799 + GST.
   • This price represents the maximum charge for a qualifying standard scheduled service under this program.
   • The capped price applies only to eligible vehicles and qualifying scheduled service intervals.

 

4. Service Intervals

   • Applies to THT-specified scheduled services at 10,000km
   • Service schedules vary between makes, models and variants.
   • Customers must confirm specific service requirements with the THT team prior to booking.
   • Vehicles presented outside of the scheduled intervals or with missed services may incur additional charges.

 

5. What’s Included

The capped price includes standard scheduled service items only:

1. Standard scheduled service labour.
2. Standard replacement of genuine or equivalent service parts (as required under scheduled service), inclusive of:

• Engine Oil and Oil Filter Replacement.
• Fuel Filter Replacement (Inclusive of up to 2 fuel filters).
• Air Filter cleaning (additional cost for air filter replacement).
• Transmission and Differential Oil Level Checks.
• Brake Fluid and Clutch Fluid Oil Level Checks.
• Driveline and Suspension Grease.
• Brake Adjustment (where applicable).
• Handbrake Adjustment (where applicable).
• Clutch Adjustment (where applicable).
• Fan Belt Adjustment (where required).
• Engine Degrease.
• Safety Check of Lights, Windscreen Washers, Wipers and Horn.
• Inflate Tyres to the manufacturer’s recommended pressure.
• Lubricants and fluids.
• Workshop consumables and sundries.

 

6. What’s Not Included

The capped price does not include:

1. Major service beyond standard 10,000km.
2. Additional repairs or rectification work.
3. Diagnostic fault finding beyond standard service checks.
4. Brake repairs, clutch repairs, suspension, driveline or steering repairs.
5. Electrical repairs.
6. DPF-related repairs forced regenerations.
7. Air-conditioning servicing.
8. Tyres or wheel alignments.
9. Additional parts required due to wear and tear.
10. Repairs resulting from neglect, abuse or missed service intervals.
11. Fleet compliance inspections unless specified.

Any additional work required will be quoted and approved prior to commencement.

 

7. Vehicle Condition

   • Vehicles must be presented in reasonable mechanical condition.
   • Excessively dirty vehicles or vehicles requiring additional preparation may incur cleaning or handling charges.
   • Vehicle cabin must be free from debris that may damage the windscreen upon cabin tilting.
   • THT reserves the right to refuse service if the vehicle falls outside program eligibility.

 

8. Booking & Availability

   • Bookings are essential.
   • Capped price servicing is subject to workshop availability.
   • THT reserves the right to amend or withdraw this offer at any time without notice.

 

9. General

   • Offer valid only at Tuart Hill Truck Sales Pty Ltd.
   • Not valid in conjunction with any other offer unless otherwise agreed.
   • THT’s standard workshop terms and conditions also apply.
   • THT reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time and may vary, suspend or discontinue the THT Capped Price Servicing at its discretion. Any amendments will be published by THT and will take effect from the date of publication.
