Our Team

John still works every day. He spends his time providing insight, experience and wisdom to everyone at THT. He loves a chat with any client who walks past his office. John has become quite a whiz with digital equipment and PCs! He explores procurement options daily for all machinery, especially trucks, which are his passion. John thoroughly enjoys spending time at the family farm and taking his dog Snoopy for walks along the Swan River.

Andrew is the heart and soul of THT. A qualified Heavy Duty Diesel Mechanic, Andrew has been a driving force in THT for decades. Having conducted his apprenticeship with THT in the early days of working on agricultural machinery, he is still active on the tools for trucks and marine today. Andrew is a general manager who leads by example. In his current role, Andrew manages all operational activities as well as assisting in sales, service and parts. Andrew has a passion for boating and travelling and enjoys calm days aboard his vessel "Therapy" at Garden Island. Andrew also spends his time managing the Hare family farm "Bindar" in Bindoon, which has been in operation for over 50 years. At Bindar, Andrew manages a successful Beef Cattle breeding program and an oats cropping program.

Josh has a strong background in all things mechanical. From a child he has loved getting his hands dirty. Learning to drive on a Massey Ferguson tractor at the age of 10 and working on the family farm in Bindoon, he learnt to understand and operate all types of machinery. This understanding lead to a love for building and maintaining machinery. Josh spent many years working as a trade assistant in the THT workshop understanding the intricacies of FPT and Doosan Marine Engines as well as trucks whilst he studied a Commerce Degree, majoring in Business Management and Marketing at University. Josh also has a passion for electronics and now within the business he has risen to become the THT National Sales Manager and Business Development Officer but with a complete technical understanding of all the equipment he sells.
Josh enjoys boating and in particular wakeboarding, as well as diving for crayfish. He also loves 4WDing in his custom built Toyota Landcruiser and camping along WA's spectacular coastline.

As a member of the family, Debra has been involved in the business all her life. Debra is our accounts manager as she has a good knowledge of the accounts procedures and general running of THT. More often than not, she is the friendly voice who answers your calls.
Debra enjoys the outdoor life of being involved in our family farm and has a property herself which has her families horses on it. Debra is a life member of both Swan Valley Horse and Pony Club and Pony Club of Western Australia.
